Who is the C.E.O. of Williams F.C.?
Irving C. Williams, II, is one of the founders, and the Chief Executive Officer of Williams F.C.. Irving is a former collegiate and professional player. He captained the 1988 Howard University Soccer Team to the NCAA Division 1 finals, as well as a quarter final birth during the 1989 season. But it was his professional career with the Washington Diplomats of the APSL that instilled in him the belief that there must be a method to ensure the protection of player's rights and their well being. Williams F.C. is the result of Irving's strong belief in protecting players.
